Exotic Blooms, Marker Coloring Book, A2 Card using the Daffodil Image
The Exotic Blooms Marker Coloring Book is so awesome! It has 12 different images, with one in black and the other in a softer no line finish. I've selected the image of Daffodils as these are the epitome of Spring, new beginnings, and the promise of warmer weather.
Here in the UK, our winters can be cold, grey and soggy, so these yellow beauties really add some cheer to everyday life.
I've used simple yellows and green alcohol markers to color the image, and then used some white ink to splatter the finished panel.
The image was trimmed down, and a piece of buff card white heat embossed to create the sentiments. Add sequins, a buff mat and layer, and assemble onto an A2 card base to finish.
