Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. The new release from Catherine Pooler Designs features some new inks, stamps, dies, stencils as well as some coordinating patterned paper and sequins. For today's card, I'm showing you that you can stencil over patterned paper for a fun interesting look which just needs a sentiment over to the top to finish it off.
Written and photos Stenciling over patterned paper :
Start off by temporarily adhering down the Wavy lines stencil over some patterened paper.
Next, with a palette knife, apply a coordinating colour of glitter paste over the stencil. Allow this panel to dry, making sure you clean your stencil.
Trim the panel down and foam mount onto a white cardbase. Next, heat emboss a sentiment from the World of Thanks Sentiments stamp set in white onto a strip of vellum.
Wrap this vellum strip around the card panel and then embellish the card with sequins from the Park Avenue Sequin mix.
