Hey lovelies!
I'm back after a two week break to share a card I made using Waffle Flower's "Group Hug" stamp set! The images in this stamp set are absolutely adorable, I couldn't resist that sweet giraffe!
I'm back after a two week break to share a card I made using Waffle Flower's "Group Hug" stamp set! The images in this stamp set are absolutely adorable, I couldn't resist that sweet giraffe!
I started by using my Misti stamping platform to stamp out the large image of all the animals hugging with Gina K's Amalgam Jet Black ink. I coloured it with my alcohol markers, added details with a white gel pen and fussy cut it out. The image is pretty large so it definitely takes up the majority of your card!
I cut a panel from white card stock using the largest of the "Basic Rectangles" Creative Cuts from Mama Elephant. I used the same die to cut the bottom of my image also so the finished result would be cohesive.
I blended over the Heffy Doodle "Dottie Lottie" stencil with Broken China and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks on to my white panel to create my background. I used my distress sprayer to distress the circles and splattered my panel with the same two ink colours to give it more texture.
Once my background panel had dried, I used my Misti once again to line up my sentiments and stamp them on to my panel using Gina K's Amalgam Jet Black ink. I popped my image up using 3M Scotch Double Sided Foam Tape and adhered my panel to my card base using Scor-Tape.
Thanks for reading lovelies! It's good to be back! I'm absolutely loving the Waffle Flower products we have in stock here at Bumbleberry Papercrafts, I hope you are too! I'll see you next week with another card!
