Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. When you need a background in a hurry then why not create a quick abstract background with watercolour brush pens. These allow you to add colour instantly, and you don't need to neat and perfect to get the look. To make more of an impact, choose contrasting colours to allow your stamping to pop! Here I used a bright pink along with a rich dark teal for that instant WOW! factor.

Start by drawing lines down a piece of cardstock with Rubellite Brush pen from the Altenew Spring Garden Watercolour Brush Marker. Gradually shorten the length of these lines as you move long the card panel.
Next, repeat this process but this time with Dessert Night from the Altenew Tropical Fiesta Watercolour Brush marker set. Squeeze a little of each of these colours onto an acrylic block and add paint splatter to your background.
Stamp in embossing ink and cover with gold embossing powder the Sparkle & Bright stamp set from Altenew. Once heat set, use the coordinating die to cut this out. Foam mount the background panel onto a white card base and add your heat embossed flower.
Add a sentiment stamped in Black Jack in from the PinkFresh Studio Celebrating You stamp & die set. Lastly, embellish the card with gold sequins to finish the card.
