Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. I'm using a beautiful layering stencil from Altenew and combining it with make your own glitter paste and ink to create the design. I'm following on from my last post with a teal colour scheme.
Written and photos Mixed media stencilled focal image:
On a white piece of card, ink blend Aquatini ink over the first layer of the Gilded Rose stencil from Altenew. For the second layer, ink blend Uptown ink.
For the third layer, mix gold glitter in with transparent matt medium from Ranger ink. Apply this through the stencil and set to on side to dry. Cut this out once it is dry.
For the background, add some gold dots to a background with a stamp and gold embossing powder onto Nautical Hero Hues cardstock. Trim this down and add to a white card base.
Foam mount the rose onto the front of the card and trim off any excess. For the sentiment add a gold die-cut Fancy Hello die from Altenew and embellish with gold sequins.
