Hello crafty friends and welcome to another Monday post from me,

Christmas is only 5 weeks away and I'm in card-making mode this
week as I have my second design ready and waiting. This one uses
the 'Santa's Sleigh' Stamp Set by Mama Elephant and it's adorable!
The reindeer remind me of my pooch Dennis with their bellies and little
legs so knew I'd be making Christmas cards with this set.
I started off stamping some of the images onto Goldline watercolour
cardstock and using my Nuvo watercolour pencils. 
Although the images are small I found them a pleasure to watercolour.
Once I'd cut these cuties out my background needed to be made.
I used my Kuretake watercolours for the background including the white
splatter. I wasn't happy with the shape of the background so die cut it
again turning it into this.
With the black pan I drew in some little trees in varying shades. Now I
was happy and began to assemble my card. After adding a few more
stamped images and mat and layering the card base from some Tonic
Stitched Dies my project is complete. Some of the small details are the
white gel pen, the Nuvo Glitter Accents, and a 'surprise' Tim Holtz
Sticker. 
I wasn't keen on the trees so went in again to bulk them up and add
a few more. Voila! And that's my project for this week!
