Hello there, it is Verity here from Pretty Little Button for the Bumbleberry Design team. I had a real urge to create a mixed media card today, and I wanted to do this with a Christmas card. It isn't necessarily a traditional style Christmas card, more of a subtle nod to Christmas, other than the obvious sentiment on the front. When I first saw this Pagonia Mania Plate from Crafty Meraki, the pattern reminded me for the feathers of Peacocks. This spurred on the colour scheme for the card and I wanted to do a very loose background with gold hot foiling. Today I'm showing you a fun and different way to colour your die-cut flowers and it is such a quick technique! Here I have used a beautiful floral die from Crafty Merkai, and along with some adhesive sheets you can colour die-cuts quickly with glitter. This is a great to use up glitter in your stash and make cards on demand.
